Hello, I'm Matthew - Lean Consultant, Leadership Coach & President of Twenty Helping Hands (also known as XXHH). My growth-oriented strategy for business operations avoids the need for new equipment or hiring more staff. Instead, I help you and your team implement intuitive systems for manufacturing flow management to supercharge production.
My approach revolves around scaling your business by fostering a strong team culture, all while avoiding clocking more work hours. In fact, a common 'side effect' is the liberation of your time as a business owner, allowing you to prioritize important aspects like spending quality time with family, amongst other things. With 11 children of my own (yes 11!), I understand the importance of creating efficient processes firsthand.
