Twenty Helping Hands (XXHH) was started in 2014 by Matthew Rassi to employ his children in a business and to be a help to the community. At the time, Matthew and Bridget had 8 children so the name Twenty Helping Hands (XXHH) was chosen. Through the years the business has served in many capacities including Commercial Cleaning, Junk Removal, Senior Care, and Lean Consulting. The older children have grown and left the home but the 7 youngest still participate in the work. Matthew has been doing lean consulting for over 6 years on a part-time basis and recently moved into full time consulting.

Matt's focus on our delivery issues lead the drive towards world class delivery metrics all while our revenues grew @ a spectacular rate. No easy feat.
Matt also led our organization through a upgrade of our ERP system setting the stage for future growth with a ERP system ready for unlimited growth and the ability to produce much needed metrics and real time decision data.
