I worked with Matt while @ FC Lighting. Matt was instrumental in the makeover/turnaround of FC Lighting by completely re-organizing the Operations Group. Matt's focus on our delivery issues lead the drive towards world class delivery metrics all while our revenues grew @ a spectacular rate. No easy feat. 

 Matt also led our organization through a upgrade of our ERP system setting the stage for future growth with a ERP system ready for unlimited growth and the ability to produce much needed metrics and real time decision data.
